I made some revisions to the site, there are now colors and flavors and more junk behind the scenes. Anything I do here will eventually be used in my “professional” (read: boring) site, to make it more presentable than the first grade Fun With HTML project it looks like right now. That very same RoR code for the blog is what this site is sitting on, and being its author I can honestly tell you that it’s awesome, so all it really needs is a little artisitic impression here and there.



Eventually, I’m going to do more here, like recording people’s names after they comment, making the tags size proportionate to the number of uses (like every other site out there), and anything else that I think of. My other site was going to serve this purpose (testing out ideas), but I think that site should only be for really really good stuff, which I have none of currently.



After this clean-up, now I’m re-motivated for working in web stuffs, so eventually fuffletonia will be spectacular.

I finally cracked, and started watching Lost, the ABC show everybody and their mom has been talking about forever. The reason I was reluctant in the first place was:

• On ABC. Everyone knows the only good show on ABC is Jeopardy!



• Super-popular = might be dumb..



• Heard mixed opinions about it from reliable people

So, I went in with some reservations, but in the end it turned out better than expected. I probably would hate it if I had to wait every week just to find out if Guy A is going to beat up Guy B, or what’s inside the damn hatch, but now that I’ve already heard some major plot points from others, then there’s no incredibly huge surprises, which means no incredibly huge disappointments. I think most people were waiting to find out Locke was the Painkiller or Jack is really Satan: something random and with clear absolute good v. evil undertones, but this has not been the case..yet.
